Linerless Purlin tape is a protective foam tape that is applied between metal roofing sheets and structural purlins. It serves as a crucial component in metal roofing systems to enhance performance and durability.

With a linerless adhesive, this offers an easier installation with less mess (due to no plastic liner). You can simply roll the tape and stick it direct to the purlins.

Where to apply Linerless Purlin Tape:

•    Direct Contact Points: Apply along the purlins or battens where metal roofing panels will rest.
•    Under Fasteners: Positioned to cushion the areas around screws or bolts, reducing wear and tear.
•    Across Roof Spans: Use continuously along the length of purlins to maintain consistent protection.
