Shipping and delivery information for Tetral deliveries New Zealand wide.

Temporary Shipping Delays

Continued COVID-19 restrictions and higher parcel volumes are causing delayed dispatch and delivery timeframes across our delivery partner systems. 

Please refer to PBT Couriers for delivery of 'standard' times and Mainfreight for delivery of larger/bespoke items for the latest information on delivery timeframes. 

Estimated Manufacturing Times

Once you have placed your order, you will be emailed an Acknowledgement email to confirm your order details. 

Standard items, such as Mactrac componentry, Shower Curtains, Airflo, Guide, all Bath/Shower Sets, or ShowerRest, are estimated to ship the same or following business day. 

Bespoke items, such as Mactrac Curtain Tracks or Custom Bath Tracks, are estimated to take 3-5 business days to ship. 

Items in a bespoke colour will add at least 5 business days to this estimated dispatch time. 

These estimates exclude items from our Mactrac Care Range. 

Shipping

Local Pick-Up

If you have arranged Local Pick-Up, you will receive a phone call typically after 3-5 business days. If you do not receive a call shortly after this time period, please call us at +64 3 379 2400. 

Tracking your order

Once your item has been shipped, you will be emailed an Invoice with the product, the amount of packages being sent, shipping carrier, and a tracking number. 

Our shipping carriers are PBT Tech, for items less than or equal to 3 metres, and Mainfreight, for items larger than 3 metres. 

Damaged Goods

As the recipient of the order is required to be present for deliver, please write on the delivery slip that the order has arrived damaged and advise us that it was received damaged. 

From there, we will be in contact to resolve the issue to the best of our ability.
